The Go Ape Experience
Depending on your group size, we will split you up into smaller groups of about 14 for the training sessions, with sessions running every 30 minutes. The sessions will be back to back so people will finish the course one after the other. Sessions are broken out for the safety briefing and for course flow purposes, but everyone will be on the course at the same time.
Private Groups: Training sessions have limited availability and are open to the public. While we will always keep your group together (when booked for the same session and arriving on time), there may be other guests in your training group ahead of or behind you on the course. You may inquire for an exclusive private training session on weekdays only by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional unused spaces in the session must be paid for in full to remain exclusive.
Treetop Adventure: Your group will be equipped with harnesses, pulleys and carabiners, given a 30 minute safety training, and then let loose into the forest canopy, free to swing through the trees. Of course, instructors are always on hand, regularly patrolling the forest. The course is made up of five individual sections, each section taking you higher into the forest canopy and finishing with a zip line more exciting than the previous one! There are 40 crossings/obstacles which include, rope ladders, net bridges, Tarzan swings and 5 zip lines. For your planning purposes, the course takes about 2-3 hours to complete but there is no limit on the time it takes your group to complete the course, as long as all the gorillas are off the course before the sun sets.
Treetop Junior: Your group will be equipped with harnesses, pulleys and carabiners, given a 10 minute safety training, and then let loose into the forest canopy, free to swing through the trees. Of course, instructors are always on hand, regularly patrolling the forest. The course is made up of 18 crossings and finishes with two awesome zip lines! The safety systems are designed so that participants stay attached the whole time they are in the trees and there is no need for them to move any safety lines. There are two loops on Treetop Junior for participants to follow. The first loop is easier and has a green hand rail that runs on one side of the crossings. The second loop is more extreme and does not have hand rails. All guests will go through the first loop, and then have the choice to move to the harder course or repeat the first. Guests may do a total of three loops.

Special Needs: The Go Ape course is a highly physical activity and requires upper body strength and the ability to climb a rope ladder into the trees. We encourage all physical abilities to participate on the course. However, if a participant arrives to Go Ape and finds they are physically unable to participate due to a disability, we are happy to provide a full refund. We also recommend visiting the course prior to your adventure, if possible, to take a tour and speak with our staff about any concerns.
