What happens in bad weather?

Go Ape is an excellent all weather activity. The course remains open in all weather conditions, except when it is icy, or there is thunder and risk of lightning. This experience was given to us as a gift from our neighbors. We loved it & plan to bring our children next year. We were surprised that we were able to go through the course by ourselves, but that also made it that much more exciting :) We're not gonna lie~The Tarzan swing in the beginning was tough. At one point, we wanted to give up, but I'm glad we pushed through til the end. It was very rewarding! I think we're hooked. Thanks for the adventure. It was very much enjoyed :)

I brought my son and his uncle for a surprise visit for his birthday and he had a blast!!!!!! As a path walker and photographer from the ground. The paths were great, and finding them at the spot they zip lined to was easier than I thought it would be. Yes he is already arranging my schedule so he can go again!!!!! Thanks to the Ape crew I was never too worried or nervous with my child zipping on a wire across the forest, you all were great. :)

I was terrified of heights, but the more I went through the course the more confident I became. At one point I found myself a few obstacles ahead of my group because I felt so comfortable! All I can say is at the beginning I thought, "No way I can do this," and by the end I thought, "When can we come back!"

The staff was extremely patient and kind (and hard working) with a variety of kids at levels of comfortability on the course. They even had to "rescue" a young girl who was to afraid to continue or turn back. They didn't let that fluster them. They let the kids do whatever they felt the most comfortable with. All three of my boys were extremely challenged by something that day and they all conquered their fear!

Overall the experience could have been better. We arrived at least a half an hour early because we were coming from Chesterland and was not sure how long the drive would be. We were told we would have to wait for 2 other people who booked at the same time as us, which was not a problem. The problem was that there was a huge group in front of us which consisted of about 25+ people!!! By the time we got done with our safety briefing which shouldn't have taken us but 15 minutes based on our group size an hour and fifteen minutes had gone by. We asked to stand inside because the group in front of us still had about 10 people to start station 2 and it was getting cold. So we waited inside your shed for about another 20 minutes before someone suggested we start at station 5 and work our way back to 2, then 3 and course/station 4 was closed. What bothers me is that I don't live in Ohio but I come up quiet often to do things with my nieces who do live there. We should have been notified that a large group was ahead of us asking if we could come in earlier or given the option at check in to see if that was ok and that there would be a delay. Nothing was said and when we finished what really bothered us was that not one manager or person that we spoke to in the beginning was there when we finished. There was a mention at the start since we had to wait and one of the courses was closed that we would receive some sort of discount but no one was there at the end to even apologize, we were given a discount card, same as everyone else with the offer of a free t-shirt or water bottle. We were not informed that we booked on the last day of the season and we felt like everyone was in a hurry to close and didn't really care weather we had a good time or not. If I wasn't there with my nieces we would have left, very unhappy.

This was our family's first time to go ape or anything like it and we were a little nervous because my wife is very scared of heights. Not only did she finish the course with encouragement from the staff, but she had a blast! She actually went first several times and left the rest of the group behind.
