When is Go Ape open?
Opening times vary by course and can be influenced by daylight hours and the season. We recommend that guests check availability in advance using the calendar on our online booking system. Generally, our days of operation throughout the year are: March to May: Select weekends and weekdays June to August: Open 7 days a week September to December: Select weekends and weekdays *Please note that opening dates vary by location and are subject to availability. Our online booking calendar has the most accurate up to date availability by location. To view, simply click the orange "Book Now" button at the top of this page. Can I participate if I am afraid of heights?
If you are worried about your knees knocking and your arms trembling, you are not alone. Turns out Go Ape is a fantastic way to overcome your fears! We are extremely proud to have helped many of our guests conquer their fear of heights. Why not give it a try? Don't let a fear of heights get in the way of an awesome new experience.
What happens in bad weather?
Go Ape is an excellent all weather activity. The course remains open in all weather conditions, except when it is icy, or there is thunder and risk of lightning. Go Ape is great in hot weather because our courses are shaded by the forest canopy, so it’s usually several degrees cooler and drier than you’d expect. Plus, there are water stations throughout the course to keep you hydrated, so drink up!
What do i wear?
- Closed toe and closed heel shoes ar
- You may like to wear gloves if it’s cold or your hands are sensitive. Gloves are available for purchase at Go Ape.
- Long hair should be tied back, waists covered and body piercings and jewelry removed or taped over.
