Your website says I can do the course if I am able to climb the rope ladder. I am 45 years old and 265 lbs. I was able to complete all 5 areas of the course. It was challenging but also great fun. If it were a bit less expensive, I might come more often as part of my weight loss exercise. I know I got a great workout. My daughter had a blast. We made friends with the people before and after us on the course.

I love the fact this attraction can get, and keep, a teen ager's excitement and interest. It's fun and challenging for athletic youth and it gets them outside to enjoy the day.

We decided we needed to play hooky from work and have a low key, team building/bonding experience. All had a great time chilling in the woods.

Good time. Numerous obstacles. The course is more of an workout then planned. I am 35 and the daughter is 15. Both were tired, but had a great time. Bummed that one of the difficult paths were closed at the time.

The experience was very well! From the very start the staff was eager to assist and ensuring that everyone felt comfortable with the events that were about to transpire. Of course, it was a very hot day and there was water at every station to make sure that everyone was hydrated. The obstacles are all very well maintained and it was a delight for my family and I. We would definitely recommend tool an abundance of our friends to go as well. My only complaint is that I was talking my head kept hitting the wires, I guess there's not much to do about that. It's a great experience and I look forward to it again!

I took my 8 year old son and two of his friends yesterday to your course in Raleigh and was delighted. I grew up loving to climb trees and run ropes courses etc... When I was 18 I had a horrible accident on a zip line over a lake and was seriously injured. I was lucky to recover but have been critical of safety precautions on such adventures ever since. That being said, my 8 year old son broke his arm on a zip line when he was 3 and is terrified of them. I was surprised when I asked him if he wanted to go and he said yes. He was pretty freaked out starting the ropes course but put on a brave face for his buddies. That is until the zip line. He froze in fear and there were many tears. I watched for over 15 minutes and your incredible staff spoke softly with him and encouraged him. At one point there were 3 young staff members working through the process with him and much to my delight- he braved it and away he flew. And he loved it! No once did I worry about safety or my son's fragile state. And for this crazy adventurous mama that was amazing and thought note worthy of sharing ( I never fill out these things!). I am an autism teacher of over 10 years and because of how great the staff worked with my son, I am going to try and write a grant that will provide funds for me to bring my class of high functioning autistic students. I have so many lessons in mind that I can teach, both academically and socially, that would focus on this adventure. If I am able to raise the funds I have an entire theme unit in mind that I will teach. So thank you! I'm not sure anyone reads these but if so- please know you have an extremely satisfied customer. Thanks. Happy Mama and Excited Autism Teacher

Treetop Adventure, Texas Plano

Everything was fantastic except for one obstacle. At the Plano location there is something called the Fisherman's Trap used to go up or down platform levels on a given tree. These tight spaced obstacles can be exceedingly difficult for tall people (and possibly roundish people as well). It would be great if the user had the option to just use a rope ladder or the Fisherman's Trap to change elevations. I think a good number of your tall fans would be grateful. ;-)

I was very impressed with the safety instruction and the practice before the course. Our instructor was outgoing, knowledgeable and easy to follow. The course was more challenging then I imagined as I didn't realize I would have to do so much climbing. All in all it was a great experience. I was proud that I completed the course. To make the experience better, I would have liked to have seen each of the obstacles ahead of time, particularly the tarzan swing and the climbing ladders. Pictures would have been fine. I was spent towards the end and although I wanted to try the second tarzan swing, I was afraid I did not have the energy to climb up the rope. I wasn't sure if I tried that someone would be there to either pull me up to the platform or lower me down. Because of that I skipped it and did the moderate side. I really would have liked to try it. Also I followed google maps as instructed and it took me to your old entrance...disappointing...fortunately I was early so it didn't matter. Like the idea of a tee shirt/water bottle for the next visit if you turn in your certificate.

It was a good experience. I think the cost is a bit high from what I expected (about $10 more than it should be). My 8 year old son loved it. You should provide some discounts for multiple visits or a year pass.

We arrived late & the staff was very accommodating. The staff was great. The experience was awesome. There was a bit of waiting at the last section of the course. It kind of bottle necked because of the rope swing but with a bit of patience on our part the experience was still super.
