My two grandchildren (13 and 15) were thrilled and we had a super time. Wish the course was longer, especially the zip lines. Please consider a soft drink pay machine on site to enjoy after doing the course. I look forward to doing the one in Raleigh, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC.

We had a great time! We had never done anything like this before!!! Our only complaint was that at the end of the experience the worker told us if we brought our certificates back we would get a free tshirt or water bottle (without having to buy another session)! So the next day we called the 800 number to make sure this was true before driving back out and the guy on the phone said the same thing! We drove back and took our certificates up but were denied a tshirt or water bottle because you could redeem it only after paying for a second adventure! It was out of our way to do this and were disappointed that we were told by 2 people that we could get the prizes and yet did not! There was 4 of us that did the adventure! We hope to hear back from you in regards to this!

Our guide, Terry, was very patient, friendly, and informative. The safety precautions were excellent, The location in the woods was lovely. It was a very challenging course in many ways, and Terry was very understanding when an asthmatic elected to leave halfway. We loved it'

We booked our course the day before and immediately got the email confirmation. The check-in process was easy and the paperwork took no time at all. The safety brief was fun and to the point. The experience on the whole was awesome!

We arrived, got fitted with harness got training and was set lose on course to do at are own pace, We had a few that was a little unsure of the heights. We took are time was not pressure on getting done by a certain time frame. We let other pass us if we started holding up others. We made it through the course and the kid was amazed that they could do it. What a confidence booster. Everyone had a good time there. Thanks for giving us a change to do something different.

Pricing was high for a 3 hour experience. Snacks and beverages would have been a nice option.

So much fun!! I prefer this over a regular zip line course. I also like that you are on your own after safety training, having a instructor with you the whole time can slow you down, this way you get to go at your own pace and the instructor is on the ground watching in case you need help. Can't wait until next time!

Grandchildren followed two mothers with small child each. After very long delay before possibility to pass them the guides connected them to the same course with these children resulting in another half hour delayed experience. I was told we had 10 minutes added time but were denied zip line course because by then it was way over 70 minutes. The guides directing which course children are connected to should be aware which courses are free to give juniors a good experience. Our experience ended with only six persons on the junior course, so no excuse these guides had no other choices.
