Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made by contacting the booking line at 1-800-971-8271. You are responsible for ensuring that Go Ape receives the request. Participants cancelling with more than 48 hours notice prior to your reserved booking time shall have the option of receiving a full refund of all fees, a gift certificate, or rescheduling of the booking. Participants cancelling with less than 48 hours notice prior to the reserved booking time will not receive a refund, but may reschedule the booking or receive a gift certificate to reschedule at your convenience. Participants that do not show for the reserved booking time without prior notice of cancellation shall be subject to the NO-SHOW policy and will not be eligible for refund, rescheduling, or other credit. The Cancellation Policy as set forth here is applicable to all participants, including individual participants within a group booking.
In fairness to all guests, participants with reserved bookings who fail to show for their reserved booking time and provide no prior notice of cancellation are liable for the entire fee. The No-Show Policy as set forth here is applicable to all participants, including individual participants within a group booking.
* No-shows shall not be eligible for refund, credit, gift certificate, rescheduling of the event, or any other reimbursement. The entire booking cost shall be forfeited.
Cancellations on behalf of Go Ape
Go Ape might need to cancel your booking for weather or other reason outside of our control. If this happens, prior to your course booking, you will have the option of receiving a full refund of all fees, a gift certificate, or rescheduling of the booking. If weather requires Go Ape to cancel during your course experience, you will receive the option to reschedule your booking, or receive a gift certificate to reschedule at your convenience. No refunds will be given.
